Please note that change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee and exclude custom-installed systems or special order items.

Package Your Gear
Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, ensuring the unit is secure for transport.
Ship to Our Showroom
Affix the RA number clearly to the outer shipping carton and send the package to our Melbourne showroom via a tracked and insured courier service.
Technical Inspection
Once received, our technicians will inspect the equipment for quality assurance before processing your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
